Baby Guinness
4 shots out of 5
WOW what a weekend!
It went super fast forward and now it's Sunday night and we're about to start, yet another...........week.
Had a great BBQ last night, drank a LOT of beer.
Made a pitcher of my Hawaiian Punch and also added some Malibu rum to it to kick it up a notch!
We played a new (to us) game, Flip Cup Survivor. It puts a fun spin on the regular Flip Cup game (which is still fun, don't get me wrong), and yes....my team won, EVERY TIME!!

I gave tonight's cocktail 4 shots out of 5.
This is a creamier shot with the Baileys on top.
It goes down pretty smooth and nice.
It doesn't taste like Guinness to me at all, but I'm thinking that because it's a smooth shooter and Guinness is a smoother beer, plus the beer and the shooter are more or less the same color when poured into a glass (dark is the beer, light on top is the foam) that that's why/how it got it's name?
Sure.
Why not.
Whatever the reason, this is a nice shooter, one that doesn't make you do that "Oh man that was a bad shot" dance when you finish it.

Here is the ingredients for a Baby Guinness:
- 2/3 shot Kahlua
- 1/3 shot Baileys
In a shot glass pour your Kahlua and then tilt the glass and pour your Baileys down the side.
Here's to a great weekend and great friends!!
Cheers!!
The Cocktail Lady
Try it with Patron XO instead of Kahlua. De-licious!
