Red Velvet Cake
3.5 shots out of 5
I have seen those Red Velvet Martinis that have been floating around Pinterest for quite some time now.
The really yummy looking ones call for some red velvet cake mix........which I don't have..........and can NEVER remember to get at the store.
I then went on a hunt for one that does not have the cake mix as an ingredient.
I found one on the..........ready for a big surprise? Pinnacle vodka website!

I gave tonight's cocktail 3.5 shots out of 5.
The cake flavor in the vodka totally comes through, which is awesome......especially in this cocktail. It comes through, but does not mask the chocolate flavor in the creme de cacao.
This cocktail is pretty good.
The more I sip it the more I like it.
For me, it's one of those cocktails that I can have one of, and then will need to switch to something else.
Thank You Pinnacle for all of your amazing cocktail recipes, I'm enjoying them!

In a shaker add ice and all of the ingredients above. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
