Chocolate Coffee
3.5 out of 5
Holy Moly the Giants game is on right now and we're recording it and I need to do tonight's cocktail so that I can sit down with my beer and fast food (totally had to so that I can focus on the game) and watch the Giants!!
I gave tonight's cocktail 3.5 shots out of 5.
I found this recipe on Pinnacles facebook page and decided to give it a try!
Just like the name it absolutely does taste like Chocolate Coffee, and the whipped cream on top is an absolute must!
The whipped cream adds just a bit more creaminess to this cocktail that I really enjoy.
The only thing I would change about this cocktail would be cutting the vodka back 1/2 ounce.
It would take the bite of the vodka off enough to taste the coffee flavor a bit more.
Otherwise, it's a great combination!

Here is the recipe for a Chocolate Coffee:
- 2 oz Pinnacle Chocolate Whipped Vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/4 oz half & half (I used half milk and half cream since I didn't have any half & half)
- whipped cream
In a shaker add ice and all of the ingredients above except for the whipped cream. Shake it up well and strain your cocktail into a martini glass. Squirt some whipped cream on top and enjoy!!
Here's to the SF Giants! No matter what happens tonight, it's been a great ride!
Cheers!!

oooh, I love mocha. maybe I need to get some of this chocolate vodka. is it really that chocolately?
ReplyDeleteWorld Series, here we come!
Oh I love mochas too! So I haven't tried a total chocolate vodka, the Pinnacle is a whipped chocolate vodka (which I really like). The Pinnacle one has a creamy twist to it, which I really enjoy. I think it's worth a purchase. I still have my mini bottles, but would buy a big one once they're gone.
