Lemon Meringue Pie
4.5 shots out of 5
What a long but fun weekend.
Today was a day of cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning.
Happy to say, this house is clean.
We're closing in on Thanksgiving (which I think I'm still in denial about).
Four more days and then the countdown until Christmas starts in this house.
Just thinking of it all makes me want a cocktail.........good thing I'm The Cocktail Lady!

I gave tonight's cocktail 4.5 shots out of 5.
WOW, this is an amazing cocktail.
Be prepared for a lemony flavor (as it should be, hence the name).
I absolutely enjoyed this cocktail, and it's even husband approved!
He said that he would totally order that cocktail at a bar......so there you go, four thumbs waaaay up!
If the lemon flavor is a bit much for you, I would cut it back to your liking, but that (in my opinion) would be the only complaint someone could have about this cocktail.
I found this cocktail on the Pinnacle site.
