Pumpkin Cake Martini
5 shots out of 5
Pumpkin Cake Martini is a great mix of pumpkin flavors and cake vodka, perfect to any Halloween or fall evening.
Oh my goodness this has been the longest day.....ever! Problem is, it's STILL not over!!
I still have to make sure all 4 kids, husband and I all eat. My husband has a soccer ratings meeting and I have a meeting to go to with my oldest for an 8th grade trip they're taking. This cocktail is....SOOOO needed!!

I gave tonight's cocktail 5 shots out of 5.
What a "perfect" cocktail to help me relieve some of today's stress!
3 easy ingredients, 2 of which are available year round.
I was totally nervous about this cocktail because I know how spicy the Pumpkin Pie Liqueur is and I was worried that 1 1/2 ounces of it would be too much, but it's not! It's the most perfectest amount EVER!
Needless to say, I love this Pumpkin Cake Martini and will be gulping the rest of it down here in a couple minutes! I found this recipe at daydreamerdesserts.

Looks yummy, but I can't think what you will do with the balance of that bottle of liqueuer! Though such flavorings could make baking fun for a while-- you could even add some to what you bake, ha.
