Brandy-Kissed Snowflake
4 shots out of 5
Happy Saturday evening!
Since we weren't able to see the lights yesterday or do the zoo lights tonight, we're still getting together with our friends and having a nice dinner and LOTS of White Christmas's.
I can't wait for them to try that cocktail, I think they're going to love it.
I gave tonight's cocktail 4 shots out of 5.
I found tonight's cocktail through Pinterest which led me to the Better Homes and Gardens website.
I made it with the same quantities as they made it and drank......almost half of it (3 out of 8, not bad).
These little shooters are pretty good.
I have to say that the whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkled on top totally makes it that much better.
All in all, I went in thinking I wouldn't like it all that much (brandy....yikes), and came out liking it.

Here is the recipe for a Brandy-Kissed Snowflake:
(makes 8 1 1/2 oz shooters)
- 3/4 C vanilla ice cream
- 3 oz brandy
- 2 oz white cream de cacao
- 1/2 C ice
- whipped cream
- ground cinnamon
In a blender, add all of the ingredients except for the whipped cream and cinnamon. Blend them until all of the ice is gone and your cocktail is mixed up well. Pour into your shot glasses, top with whipped cream and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
Here's to a cocktail that you can share with 7 of your closest friends........or pour it all in a big glass for you, I won't tell.
Cheers!!
