Kicker Cran
4 shots out of 5
As many of you Niner fans know, our kicker, Akers, has kicked some AH-MAZE-ING kicks this season........and more recently, so me Not-So-AH-MAZE-ING kicks.
In honor of him and the fact that I do believe in him, I have just created this afternoon's cocktail!
I truly believe (as any crazy fan would) that if I drink this cocktail, it will give him that extra Umph he needs to keep his kick straight.

I gave today's (Superbowl Sunday that is) cocktail 4 shots out of 5.
This cocktail is made for David Akers, with one of my very special friends in mind, Angela.
Ang loves Bud Light.....and truth be told, this is actually one of her beers from my fridge.
It's a Super Bowl can, which I think makes it ever that much more special.
I am NOT a Bud Light drinker, but I must say if I was, I think I would like this cocktail a lot more.
It's a simple, light, refreshing easy to make cocktail.
It's perfect for Superbowl Sunday when you want more then just a beer.

Here is my recipe for a Kicker Cran:
- can of Bud Light
- cranberry juice
Choose the size of glass you would like and fill it half way with Bud Light and the other half with cranberry juice. Give it a quick stir and enjoy!!
Here's to you Forty Niners, whatever the outcome you've had a hell of a year!!
Cheers!!
The Cocktail Lady
If they had been playing any other team (besides Tampa Bay), I'd have cheered for the 49ers. However, I have a friend who used to play for the Ravens, so there was no question which team I was cheering for. Your niners gave me some heartburn there in the third quarter, but it was a relief to see the clock run down with the Ravens ahead! Akers did a great job, and I'm sure your cocktail really helped him out. :)
ReplyDeleteI completely understand! Sorry about the heartburn, lol. My cocktail absolutely helped him out! Ha ha, especially when he missed and got to re-kick! Ha ha =)
