White Chocolate Covered Cherry
We have two and a half weeks until Valentine's Day. Which gives me one less day until my oldest daughter turns 5.
Wait.......5?!?!
That means........oh my.......that means kindergarten is right around the corner, yikes! It's something that I know in the back of my head, but every time I say it out loud it still kinda shocks me.
One girls going to start school in the fall and the other is on a 3 day potty training (Bootcamp I like to call it) extravaganza.
I found this 3 day method where they swear it works, so I thought I'd give it a try.
We are on Day 2 today and I have to say, so far so good!
A friend of mine has started her own blog for her company Partee Of Four. You can find some of her work here in a review I did. She asked me to write a Valentine Day Cocktail Round Up for her blog, which I told her I would love to do.
That got me thinking......maybe I should create a Valentine shooter to go in that post.

Today's cocktail is a White Chocolate Covered Cherry.
We had a mini brunch over the weekend that I had hosted to help introduce Pinnacles new flavor, Cinnabon.
About an hour into the brunch I pulled out all of my Pinnacle flavored vodka bottles.
One of my guest really enjoyed the Cherry flavored vodka, which got me to thinking......if I was to cover a cherry in white chocolate, that would be yummy and Valentiney!

Here is my recipe for a White Chocolate Covered Cherry:
- 1/2 ounce cherry vodka
- 3/4 ounce Godiva white chocolate liqueur
- 1/4 ounce grenadine
In a shaker, add ice and all three ingredients above. Shake and strain into a shot glass.
Here's to Pinnacle and all of their amazing flavors.
Cheers!
The Cocktail Lady
