**I was sent this sample of Sauza Signature Blue Silver Tequila without any payment.
All opinions in this post are 100% mine**
A few years ago I made a Moscow Mule.
I did not have a copper mug to make it in at that time.
Since then a friend of mine brought one over to make herself a cocktail....or two and left the mug here for future use (thanks Marisa). Thanks to her, I was able to make this Sauza Minted Mule today!
The mix of these 4 simple ingredients together (tequila, lime juice, ginger beer and mint leaves) compliment each other so well.....and the copper mug!
WOW, it is keeping this cocktail super cold and adding to its super refreshing taste!

This last week has been one big emotional roller coaster, so I am very thankful for this refreshing cocktail right here, I must say!
Thanksgiving was good.
Quiet.
Smaller then usual......but good.
We had a small gathering of friends over the next day (not as big as we usually do.....which I think I needed).
On Saturday my husband started getting all of the outside Christmas lights out from storage and started getting them all programmed and ready to be put out on the house.
Sunday he put up the lights and I decorated the inside of the house.......which brings a very important discovery to my attention.
I NEED more Christmas decorations!!

I got this recipe from the fabulous people who sent me this sample of Sauza. It's really an easy recipe. First you pour into your empty copper cup the Sauza tequila.
Next the lime juice.
Followed by the ginger beer.
Stir it up and add ice.
Stir again and garnish with mint leaves. See, it's simple!
I really like this cocktail.
A lot of you know that I've had a "bad experience" with tequila in my younger years.....but that was more in the form of doing Jose Cuervo (I shudder just thinking of it) shots.
Now that I'm older and wiser, I know that you need to buy (or at least I do) a better tequila when making mixed cocktails. This cocktail is proof!
Here is the recipe for a Sauza Minted Mule:
