Paradise Punch

Paradise Punch cocktail, fruity cocktail

We have had a few really nice warm days here lately.  The weather has reminded me of fruity cocktails, which inspired me to create a brand new one!

I call this one Paradise Punch..........because seriously.......I need a vacation to Paradise right now.

Our oldest graduates in less then 2 months.  It's a trip when I think about it...kind of like "How did we get here so fast?", but then if I actually stop and think about it.....yea, it's been 18 years.........probably why I need this Paradise Punch?  Yea, definitely one of the reasons!

Did I mention that the kids are on spring break?  Do you remember when spring break actually coincided with Easter?  Yea, me either.  All four of them actually have this week off for spring break.  A week with all of my kids!  Except for the fact that my oldest is 18 and well.......yea.........I see him once in a while.

Don't get me wrong, I remember being 18.  I'm not worried, he's a good kid and he needs to flap his wings and find out what this "Being an Adult" thing is all about.

Then hopefully when he figures that out, he'll explain it to me!!  haha.

This cocktail I just created is similar to my Bahama Mama cocktail that I made quite a few years ago.  Another FANTASTIC cocktail!  I'm thinking I might just need to have a "Paradise Punch Party" for the sole reason as to make this in a big batch and enjoy it with friends!

I mean just look at that cocktail!  Can't you just taste it's deliciousness right through your screen??
