Boozy Very Berry Lemonade Pops

(I was sent  a couple cans of the Smirnoff Spiked Sparkling Seltzer Berry Lemonade to try.  I was not paid and ALL opinions are my own)

Have you ever wanted something boozy on a hot day, but didn't want to have a cocktail?

Well you're in luck!

Here is a recipe for Boozy Very Berry Lemonade Pops to help you cool down on a warm summers day.

I was sent a few cans of the Spiked Sparkling Seltzer Berry Lemonade to try out.  Along with the cans I was sent a couple recipes that I could try if I wanted to.

I've always wanted to make boozy popsicles, so the first recipe they sent was a no brainer.

Knowing that I was going to make this recipe, I knew that I needed to quickly order a popsicle mold on Amazon.

That sent me down a wormhole of reading 50 million reviews on way too many popsicle molds.

I had to step away and then start again.

I found this popsicle mold from Norpro.  The reviews were good and I decided that I would purchase it.

GREAT DECISION!

This mold is so easy to use and to remove your popsicles from.

That was my biggest concern was when it came time to removing my popsicles........would I only remove a stick from a frozen, stuck popsicle?  Would only half of my popsicle come out?

I found a winner.  So if you are in the market for a popsicle mold, I recommend this mold for sure!

OK, back to the popsicles.

Like I said they were super easy to make.

Measure out the ingredients.

Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold.

Pop in the sticks and let it freeze overnight.

It's that easy.

Seriousely.  It is.

Here's a photo of the key ingredient.  It's comes out clear, but has some flavor.

Here's the deets on the back too.

For me, this popsicle didn't have enough flavor.  I would have added something else to it to give it more of a kick.

Saying that a friend of mine thinks they're DELICIOUS and has already eaten 2 of them.

So there you go!

  1. These look super tasty, and what a great idea! Maybe you should add a little more lemonade next time for a little added flavor?!

    1. Thank you! That's a good idea! That would give it a better flavor and might also make it even more refreshing I'd think!
I was also thinking of adding some cranberry juice or something like that. Mixing the raspberry and cranberry flavors together remind me of when I ventured out from vokda crans to vodka cran-raspberry juice, lol. In my "daring days", lol.
